REED BROTHERS DODGE – ROCKVILLE’S DODGE DEALERSHIP SINCE 1915

As the owners of Reed Brothers Dodge, we thought it important that our customers and friends be informed of our status. After almost 94 years selling Dodge’s and in the wake of Chrysler’s epic announcement to drastically cut the dealer network, Reed Brothers Dodge is among 789 dealers nationally that will no longer sell the Chrysler brand. The move comes as Chrysler tries to stay viable in a deteriorating automobile industry and an economic downturn.

We will not, however, be closing our doors in Rockville, Maryland. We are committed to our employees and to our long-time customers and friends. When the Dodge signs come down on or around June 9th, we will continue to sell Used Cars, Parts and Service. Our Body Repair Shop that repairs all makes and models from all manufacturers will also remain open.

This is obviously not what we wanted, however, under the circumstances, we are going to do the best we can to take care of our customers and employees. We intend to ramp up our used car business and our (automotive) services.

We have 40 new Dodge cars remaining on our lot and we are being extremely aggressive about selling them. The purpose of moving the new cars off the lot swiftly here will help us transition quicker into a pre-owned operation. We are here to stay and we are not going out of business. We’re going to make 40 people in Rockville very happy customers.

Please stop by our dealership, located at 15955 Frederick Road, Rockville, Maryland to visit us! The fact that the owners of this dealership are third generation car people and owners on-site every day, allows us to provide a level of service not possible at other dealerships. We offer Maryland a unique family-owned combination of personal attention, competitive pricing, vehicle satisfaction and service and will continue to do so in the future.

Kindest Regards,
Richard Gartner, Barry Gartner and Jeanne Gartner
