All of the details for the front side were carved out of foam and molds were made of those pieces. He then cast various concrete chunks that would get adhered to the big frameworks. One hundred and fifty pounds of shattered window glass from old Dodges was used. Those pieces once pulled out of the mold were ground and polished to a fine finish. A forklift and a set of wheels on the armature enabled them to move it around.
